Before we can generate website, we need the campaign created in Oracle with the ID number (xxxxx.001). There is often a delay in the sync between Oracle and Web, so it's ideal to allow as much lead time as possible.
You can send this info to Mark, and include in your cycle ticket
- Full event name
- Oracle campaign ID
Stuff we need for the scheduled Cycle start:
General Stuff
- Logo image file (PNG or EPS image files preferable)
- Industry (1 or 2) - this is for listing on wbresearch.com
- Preference on a subdomain (URL)
- Similar to any other event? (to duplicate from)
- Event Dates
- Venue, if known (eventually we'll need Country at minimum to set up SRS)

- Hero image
- Calls to action (download if available, or contact)
- Brief event description, speakers, testimonials, etc. You can reference sections from our template website here
Sponsorship Opportunities
- Sales copy / images (can copy 'template' from an existing site)
- SPEX Manager contact info

Image files too big for ZenDesk?
You can use Microsoft Sharepoint links to send us folders from our file server - these are generally the easiest. Aside from this, you can use a service like Dropbox or WeTransfer to host the files temporarily and send the link in your ticket.
